John Schwartz
As CEO/President, John is undoubtedly the face of Schwartz Farms, Inc. As CEO, John is responsible for the overall direction of SFI, including business strategies, financial budgeting and forecasting, operational activities, and personnel and community outreach.
John leads the key personnel of Schwartz Farms and is responsible for building viable relationships with our growers, processors, vendors and other members of the industry. John resides on a farm near Sleepy Eye with his wife, Rosie; together, they have four children, in which one has returned to the family farm.
Joe Schwartz
As Crop Production Manager, Joe manages the crop & cattle operations of Schwartz Farms, Inc., including labor, equipment and land usage. Furthermore, Joe works with neighboring land owners as he is responsible for overseeing the manure management plans for many of the company owned and operated sites.
Joe resides on a farm near Sleepy Eye with his wife Judy; together, they have six children, three of which have returned to the family farm.
Mark Schwartz
As Director of Production Systems, Mark is responsible for the operational management of all SFI farrowing facilities, as well as ensuring the seamless integration of production systems between farrowing and wean-finish operations.
Additionally, Mark directs the overall herd health management within SFI and its contract grower facilities. Mark, his wife Anita, and their four children reside in Sleepy Eye.
